Your new salon life starts with an easy contact form! This will give us all the
details we need to start the process.
STEP TWO: DISCOVERY PHONE CHAT
Within 48 hours of receiving your form, we will reach out to schedule a 30 minute phone chat. This is where we spill all the tea! - the history of the salon, the reputation we’ve built in the community, the logistics of leasing a station here, full amenities provided and generally where we get to know each other.
STEP THREE: MEET + TOUR
You will meet Hayley, our owner at the salon to not only tour our 3,000 square foot salon space, showcasing our amenities and culture, but you will also have the opportunity to chat with thriving stylists and hear their inspirational stories about starting at Prism. Our Meet + Tour will show you firsthand how we work together and what salon reality looks like at Prism.
STEP FOUR: DAY SHADOW
Shadowing in the salon for a few hours is really the best way to see if our salon is a good fit for you! During this time with Hayley, you will see our customer service experience live, watch us provide the unique extras that our guests love that set us apart from other salons, and you will learn the tips & tricks that will immediately elevate your salon business. In addition to that, you will meet + mingle with the team! This step is so important because you will see the culture we’ve curated first hand and really determine if our salon feels like home to you.
Prism Beauty Bar is an open-concept leasing salon. The benefit of this salon style is you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professional & experienced stylists. We immerse ourselves in a creative & fun salon environment and celebrate our individual differences!
